Steven has over thirty years experience in the investigative and security field, both as a former special agent with the US Army Criminal Investigations Command and Corporate Security Director for several Fortune 500 firms. His security experience is varied and runs deep - covering security disciplines in Information Technology, Corporate Security, Executive Protection, and Information Protection. Steven has a Master's Degree in Public Administration and an Undergraduate Degree in Criminal Justice. Steven is responsible for day-to-day operations, and additionally works with highly sensitive contracts, leading our team of professionals to deliver results and outstanding customer service to satisfy specific interests of our clients.

As Co-Founder of ANASEC, Mike Englman played a behind the scenes role for many years as ANASEC's IT Support. Mike joined ANASEC full-time in February 2011 as Director and Senior Vice President. In 2015, Mike assumed the role of President and is responsible for IT Services and Operations. Mike's experiences include over 14 years hands on experience in the IT field with a focus on Information Assurance in the Federal Government and the DoD. Mike has Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) from Montana State University-Northern and recently completed his Masters Degree in Information Systems in 2010. He holds two certifications including Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) and the Certified Authorization Professional (CAP).

Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Mr. Weber is responsible for day to day contract operations, finance, corporate strategy, capture, growth, and business development. Prior to ANASEC, Mr. Weber served as a Senior Program Manager supporting the Federal Bureau of Investigations, Security Division providing investigations and adjudications support. Mr. Weber has more than ten years of experience in leading government services contracts and task orders on a nationwide scale. Mr. Weber is a subject matter expert in the Federal Security Clearance process, background investigations, adjudications, benefit fraud, and has also lead Federal Information Technology contracts. Mr. Weber has a B.B.A in finance from James Madison University and MBA from Virginia Techs Pamplin College of Business.
